Description

Bogie captured by Hurrell

Vintage glossy 7.5 x 9.25 publicity portrait (stamped on the reverse "Photograph by Hurrell") from the 1940 film Brother Orchid of a trenchcoat-wearing, cigarette-smoking Bogie, signed and inscribed in fountain pen, "To Gus, best wishes, Humphrey Bogart." A few surface marks, faint surface streaking, a bit of silvering to the darker areas, and lightly trimmed edges, otherwise fine condition. An iconic Bogie pose as a 1940 gangster! Pre-certified PSA/DNA and RRAuction COA.
