Partly printed DS as president, one page, 15.75 x 10, September 15, 1823. A grant for a parcel of land near Steubenville, Ohio issued to Samuel Moffet. The embossed seal remains partly intact (attached with cord) at lower left. In good condition, with heavy folds (small edge tears), toning, wrinkling, creasing, and soiling.
