DS as president, signed “J. Q. Adams,” one page, 15.5 x 9, January 25, 1826. President Adams grants Henry Presnall eighty acres of land in Monroe County Alabama. Signed at the bottom in black ink by Adams, and countersigned by the Commissioner of the General Land Office, George Graham. Matted to an overall size of 20.5 x 18.75. In very good condition, with moderate storage folds, missing top right corner tip, small area of paper loss along vertical fold, and some light wrinkling and toning.
