Souvenir TQS on a 5.5 x 3 off-white sheet, taken from Clinton’s address to the nation on January 26, 1998, and reads, in full, “I did not have sexual relations with that woman, Miss Lewinsky.” Signed underneath in black felt tip “Bill Clinton 1-23-03.” Quote is matted and framed with a felt tip signature “Monica” on a beige pre-printed bookplate “From Monica Lewinsky, With Best wishes,” and a photo of the two embracing, to an overall size of 16.5 x 20.5. Consignor notes signature was obtained from a book signed at a hotel in Washington, D. C. In fine condition. R&R COA.
