Smells Like Teen Spirit CD maxi-single signed vertically on the front of the sleeve in black felt tip by Kurt Cobain, Dave Grohl, and Krist Novoselic, each signing first name only: "Kurdt," "David," and "Chris." In fine condition. The CD is included. Originally obtained by in-person collector Richard Simpkin, and mentioned in his book, Richard & Famous, on page 46. Accompanied by a letter of provenance from Simpkin, stating that this CD was signed in early 1992 while Nirvana was touring in Sydney, Australia, as well as a copy of Autograph Magazine with an article about Simpkin's in-person exploits. A highly sought-after, fully signed copy of the band's biggest hit with Cobain adding a 'd' to his name, the very manner in which his name appears on the Bleach album.
