Vintage menu from the RMS Queen Elizabeth dated January 26, 1957, 8.25 x 10.5, signed on the back cover in black ballpoint by Bill Haley. In very good to fine condition, with foxing, toning, and staining. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Tracks and by a letter of provenance from the previous owner: “In 1957 my uncle, Ben Kemish was the band leader of the Dean Chilton band, the resident band on RMS Queen Elizabeth. Bill Haley was a passenger on one of the crossings, they got talking over a bottle (or two) of champagne, Bill autographed the menu of the day for Ben. On his return he gave me this menu, I was 10 years old at the time."
