Howe, March 16, 1882” (Postmaster General); “Fred'k T. Frelinghuysen Secy of State”; "Chas. J. Folger Sec'y Treas'y Mch 16, 1884”; and "William H. Hunt, Sec'y of the Navy.” In overall very good to fine condition, with some soiling to the Arthur page, and light edge toning to all of the pages.
