I know you will understand, so if you can get Random House to give you a set of the final page proofs, I shall be entirely satisfied. I hope to see you both soon. My best wishes to you for the New Year." In very fine condition. Accompanied by the original White House mailing envelope. Adams was the son of Ellen Walters (née Delano) Adams, who was a first cousin of President Franklin Delano Roosevelt.
