Farley, Secretary of Labor Frances Perkins, Secretary of the Interior Harold L. Ickes, and Secretary of Commerce Daniel C. Roper. Also penciled "Underwood & Underwood, Washington, D.C." in the lower right. Affixed to a modern 17 x 15.5 mount. In fine condition.
