In fine condition. Sheen played a starring role as Captain Benjamin L. Willard, who travels up the Nung River on a mission to assassinate the rogue Special Forces soldier Colonel Walter E. Kurtz, played by Marlon Brando. Like most others, the production was not easy for Sheen—he suffered severe lacerations to his hand after punching a mirror while filming the opening scene in 1976, and in early 1977 he collapsed from a serious, near-fatal heart attack that required six weeks of recovery.
