Semi-glossy 16.5 x 12.5 photo of the severely damaged Apollo 13 service module as viewed from the Lunar Module/Command Module following successful jettisoning, signed in silver ink, "'Oxygen tank #2 explosion blew off large panel—1/4 of CSM spacecraft!' Fred Haise, Apollo 13 LMP." In very fine condition.
