Embroidered color patch issued to officials at the Squaw Valley 1960 Winter Olympics, 3.75″ x 4.5″, with upper portion featuring the logo of the 8th Winter Olympiad, and the lower section reading in bold red thread: "Official." In fine condition. Unique in Olympic history, officials at the 1960 Winter Olympics wore these patches instead of metal badges, which was the only Games in which this took place.
