Scarce vintage program for the 4th National Jazz & Blues Festival, which was held at the Athletic Grounds in Richmond, Surrey, between August 7-9, 1964. The program, 12 pages, 8.5 x 11, contains images and biographies for many of the larger acts, including The Rolling Stones, The Yardbirds, Manfred Mann, Memphis Slim, Jimmy Witherspoon, and more. Also featured on the festival schedule: The T-Bones, The Authentics, The Grebels, Mose Allison, Tubby Hayes, the Ronnie Scott Quartet, Chris Barber, Ottilie Patterson, Alex Welsh, and more. In very good to fine condition, with light folds, creasing, and handling wear. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Tracks.
