DS, one page both sides, 8.5 x 14, May 5, 1977. William Morris Agency contract by which Robin Williams agrees to employ the agency for a period of three years, to serve as his "sole and exclusive Agent and/or Artist's Manager…in the variety field over which the American Guild of Variety Artists (hereinafter called AGVA) has jurisdiction." Signed at the conclusion in blue ballpoint by Robin Williams, and countersigned by a William Morris agent. In fine condition.
Robin Williams was still an up-and-comer in 1977, making his first television appearance on a revival of Laugh-In late in the year. He went on to appear in the cast of The Richard Pryor Show on NBC, and was cast as the alien Mork in a 1978 episode of the TV series Happy Days—a role that proved so popular it led to his own spin-off series, Mork & Mindy, which aired from 1978 to 1982.
